ETFCU has unveiled a new Visa® credit card program—featuring low rates, great rewards options, and the local service you deserve! The credit union has ended its relationship with Élan Financial Services. Any credit card issued in 2012 or before is no longer associated with Evansville Teachers Federal Credit Union. You may continue to use your card issued prior to January 2013. However, we encourage you to take advantage of the benefits of the new ETFCU card. Our new consumer Visa credit card program is now available featuring rate and reward options for consumers1—plus the local service you’ve missed! Features include:

If you are enrolled in ETFCU’s free ExpressPay service, you can pay your bill electronically from your ETFCU checking account on a recurring schedule.
You can set up an automatic monthly withdrawal for minimum payment due, new balance on your statement, or a fixed dollar amount from your checking or savings account at any financial institution to pay your bill. To sign up for automatic payment services available from Elan, call the number on the back of your card.
You can make your payment from any touch-tone phone when calling Elan at the phone number on the back of your card. Automated phone payments are free; however, Elan Cardmember Service-assisted payments are available for a small fee.
You can make your payment by phoning the credit union’s call center at (812) 469-9920 or 1-800-800-9271 to request a funds transfer from your ETFCU checking or savings account. As in the past, phone payments can be taken at any of our branch locations. The credit union will then transfer the payment to Elan.
You can still request a payment transfer or drop off a check or cash payment when visiting any of our ten locations. The credit union will then transfer the payment to Elan.
Elan provides a return envelope in your statement that can be used when making your payments by mail. For faster payment posting, all mail payments should be forwarded directly to Elan instead of the credit union.
The number of days for the payment to post to your credit card account may fluctuate depending upon the payment method you select. If you have any questions, please contact ETFCU or Elan.
Your statement period and year-to-date point totals appear on your Visa credit card statements. A cumulative total that includes points from past years is available by phone or online. Points continue to accumulate for three to five years, depending upon card type, before expiring.
Redeeming your points is easy! You can obtain information and redeem your points two convenient ways:
If you don’t carry a Visa card from ETFCU, apply online today or call (812) 469-9920 or 1-800-800-9271.
