Floating Part-Time Member Service Representatives/Tellers

Floating Part-Time Member Service Representatives/Tellers

ETFCU is currently seeking energetic Floating Part-Time Member Service Representatives/Tellers to be a part of the ETFCU Team. Floating part-time teller positions may be assigned a home branch but will be scheduled to work at other branch locations. These candidates must also be available to work up to 28 hours per week including Saturdays. If interested, please complete and return an application as well as your school schedule (if applicable). Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Providing prompt, efficient friendly service.
  • Processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, VISA payments, VISA cash advances etc.
  • Selling Traveler's Cheques, money orders, cashier's checks, VISA Gift cards etc.
  • Balancing a cash drawer on a daily basis.
  • Cross-selling credit union services and products to members to meet sales goals.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a HS diploma or GED and be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule and travel to other office locations when needed.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time and do some heavy lifting.
  • Must have 1-2 years of cash handling experience.
  • Banking experience a plus.
Indirect Loan Processor

Indirect Loan Processor

ETFCU is currently seeking an Indirect Loan Processor to assist in the Indirect Lending Department. These candidates will be requested to work holidays and Saturdays if needed. Applications can be completed at any office or downloaded here.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Process and service indirect contracts from dealerships.
  • Verify that all contracts and documentation are complete and accurate.
  • Process loan information into a Loan Origination System.
  • Assist with mailing appropriate letters and packets to members.
  • Adhere to all credit union policies and procedures.
  • Any other duties assigned by my supervisor or management.
Indirect Loan Specialist/Underwriter

Indirect Loan Specialist/Underwriter

ETFCU is currently seeking an Indirect Loan Specialist/Underwriter to assist in the Indirect Lending Department. These candidates will be requested to work holidays and Saturdays if needed. Applications can be downloaded here.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Process and analyze loan applications.
  • Determine creditworthiness by reviewing credit reports, DTI and unsecured ratios.
  • Respond to dealerships in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist in processing adverse action notices on loan denials.
  • Adhere to all credit union policies and procedures.

Mortgage Loan Originators

Mortgage Loan Originators

ETFCU is currently seeking experienced, motivated Mortgage Loan Originators with excellent interpersonal and sales skills to originate mortgage loans on the first and secondary markets. Attention to detail and excellent communication skills are required. These positions have a base plus commission pay structure and require a 40 plus hour work week. Positions are available at our branch locations in the Vincennes, IN and Owensboro, KY areas. Applications can be downloaded here.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Process conventional purchases and refinances, 2nd mortgages, home equities, construction, bridge, lot loans, ARMs, USDA, VA, and FHA.
  • Responsible for interviewing loan applicants, effectively explaining the various credit union mortgage loan programs and advising them on the correct option for their situation.
  • Look for opportunities to cross-sell other credit union and ETFCU Service Organization products.
  • Understand and apply the different federal regulations associated with mortgage loans ensuring compliance.
  • Develop a working knowledge of the mortgage loan origination system.
Marketing Assistant

Marketing Assistant

ETFCU is currently seeking a Marketing Assistant with excellent organizational, time management and communication (both oral and written) skills. Basic graphic design skills are a plus. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Assist with the production and scheduling of program advertisements and direct marketing pieces, primarily including email marketing.
  • Assist with marketing content for ETFCU’s website, Facebook page, and online banking site.
  • Assist with the production of internal marketing pieces, such as brochures, posters and banners, digital messaging for ETFCU’s ATMs and lobby displays, etc.
Network Analyst

Network Analyst

ETFCU is currently seeking a Network Analyst with a proven track record for maintenance, configuration, and design of enterprise network connectivity. The successful candidate must have strong technical and analytical skills in enterprise networking utilizing advanced networking protocols. Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, but an Associates with comparable experience will also be considered. The candidate must also be available to work on evenings and weekends when necessary. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Responsible for configuration and maintenance of reliable and redundant network connectivity between all ETFCU locations utilizing current enterprise class WAN networking hardware, software and protocols.
  • Daily maintenance, configuration, and troubleshooting of internal LAN technologies including enterprise switching, routing, and firewall devices.
  • Daily maintenance, configuration, and troubleshooting of LAN network protocols such as DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, and TCP/IP.
  • Candidates must have strong communication skills, and also be capable of handling all aspects of IT hardware/software configuration and help-desk questions as pertinent to tasks performed.
  • Must be able to effectively support user base with Windows troubleshooting skills in Win7.
  • Certifications, namely Microsoft or CISCO, are desirable.
  • Preference given to those with advanced server administration skills as well.
  • Requires working in a secure environment where data security and proper documentation are strictly adhered to.
  • Coordinate the services of vendors to assure quality and adherence to project schedules.
  • Must maintain current understanding of technology products and seek to find solutions that pursue organizational goals for continuous improvement.

ETFCU is currently seeking a Technology Specialist with a proven track record for maintenance, support, and upgrades for enterprise IT systems. The successful candidate must have strong technical skills in enterprise troubleshooting, hardware/software configuration, and printer maintenance. Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, but an Associates with comparable experience will also be considered. The candidate must also be available to work on evenings and weekends when necessary.   • Strong technical PC skills in enterprise hardware are required as well as ability to track inventory in appropriate database or other equally applicable software.

  • Must be able to effectively support user base with Windows troubleshooting skills in Win7.
  • Must be able to configure and deploy multiple machines at multiple locations.
  • Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange administration is preferred.
  • Willingness to learn configuration methods for a variety of software products is a must.
  • Certifications, namely Microsoft or CISCO, are desirable.
  • Requires working in a secure environment where data security and proper documentation are strictly adhered to.
  • Coordinate the services of vendors to assure quality and adherence to project schedules.
  • Must maintain current understanding of technology products and seek to find solutions that pursue organizational goals for continuous improvement.
