Commercial Credit Analyst

Commercial Credit Analyst

ETFCU is currently seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Credit Analyst with excellent written and oral communication skills for our Commercial Banking Group department. The candidate must also possess superior time management and organizational skills and have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with Excel, including the ability to create macro enabled worksheets is required. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Underwrite business loan requests utilizing business and personal financial information.
  • Perform annual financial reviews on large commercial loan relationships.
  • Coordinate and execute the annual credit review process for large commercial credit relationships.
  • Prepare Commercial Loans Problem Watch List and make recommendations for Loan Loss Allowances for impaired credits.
  • Attend all loan committee meetings and prepare and maintain loan committee minutes.
  • Assist loan officers in monitoring past due loans, non-accruals, and maturing loans.
  • Develop an understanding of Commercial Banking Group operational functions, systems and procedures.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Assist Financial Advisors in managing the needs of the membership and clients by working on the ETFCU Financial Group team to achieve a common goal of providing high quality financial management services to the membership and clients.
  • Provide administrative support to the Financial Advisors.

  • Support all relationships with the member school corporations and their 403b/TSA programs.
    • Handle the billings, enrollment, distributions, and allocation changes.
    • Communicate with the school program contacts.

The candidate must be detail oriented and have the ability to underwrite and determine the creditworthiness of loan applicants per credit union and secondary market guidelines. Mortgage Operations Manager

ETFCU is currently seeking a Mortgage Operations Manager. The candidate must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and have the ability to manage several projects simultaneously. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Supervise the in-house Mortgage Loan Originators, Mortgage Processing Clerks, Mortgage Loan Coordinators, Mortgage Loan Document Preparers, and the Mortgage Loan Closers.
  • Coordinate the department schedule to ensure all areas have adequate coverage.
    • Approve comp times and time off requests.

Network Analyst

Network Analyst

ETFCU is currently seeking a Network Analyst with a proven track record for maintenance, configuration, and design of enterprise network connectivity. The successful candidate must have strong technical and analytical skills in enterprise networking utilizing advanced networking protocols. Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, but an Associates with comparable experience will also be considered. The candidate must also be available to work on evenings and weekends when necessary.   • Responsible for configuration and maintenance of reliable and redundant network connectivity between all ETFCU locations utilizing current enterprise class WAN networking hardware, software and protocols.
  • Daily maintenance, configuration, and troubleshooting of internal LAN technologies including enterprise switching, routing, and firewall devices.
  • Daily maintenance, configuration, and troubleshooting of LAN network protocols such as DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, and TCP/IP.

ETFCU is currently seeking a Repossession Specialist with excellent organizational and problem solving skills. Strong communication skills (both oral and written) are a must. The candidate must be willing to be flexible in schedules, including working Saturdays and evenings. Experience in repossessions and collections is required.   • Prepare and assign loans for repossession following the established policies and procedures.
  • Attend auto auctions representing credit union on the liquidation of assets.
  • Make recommendations of value and submit to Asset Protection Manager for approval.

  • Serve as a back-up to bankruptcy responsibilities.
