Online Statements Are Available for Free to Online Banking Users

Help protect the environment and your account information with Statement Express, ETFCU’s free online statement service. With Statement Express, your statements are available online anytime. You’ll also enjoy numerous other benefits: 

  • They’re available sooner. Online statements are generally available by the second day of the month—as compared to statements by mail that can take up to ten days to be delivered. 
  • They’re safer. Paper statements are a frequent target in identity theft. Statement Express offers safe access from within online banking.
  • They make accessing past statements easier. With Statement Express, you'll enjoy access to your last 14 online statements.
  • They’re better for the planet. No trees will be harmed in the distribution of your online statement. Instead, you’ll enjoy easy point-and-click access to your last 14 online statements—paper free!

Enrolling is simple. If you’re already an online banking user, simply log on and go to the Self Service tab (see image). From there, select Statement Express from the Additional Services section, and complete the very short enrollment application (see image).

If you’re not yet an online banking user, you can enroll in this free service at any ETFCU office or online. To enroll online, you must obtain a temporary PIN available by calling any ETFCU office during business hours. You can reach our call center at (812) 469-9920 or

Returning users can access Statement Express by logging on to online banking.

Frequently Asked Questions

How often will I receive statements?
You will receive your statement on the same frequency regardless of the whether you receive online or paper statements. ETFCU provides all members with statements monthly, quarterly, or annually. The frequency of the statements will depend upon the services used and the activity on the account; however, all members receive a statement at least annually.

Are electronic statements secure?
Online statements are secure and require a PIN (Personal Identification Number) to gain access. In addition, online statements through Statement Express use the latest Internet security technology and procedures to ensure that your statement information is as secure as possible.

What if I have multiple account numbers?
You can enjoy the benefits of Statement Express for as many or few of your accounts as you'd like. But remember, an account must be accessible via online banking in order to receive online statements. If you would like online access to one or more of your accounts, contact any ETFCU office for the temporary PIN needed to complete the online enrollment.

If I enroll in Statement Express, will I still receive a paper statement?
Statement Express users will receive an online statement only.

Can I switch back to paper statements if I enroll in Statement Express?
Yes. If you are dissatisfied with online statements for any reason, you can switch back to paper statements.
